Registration Procedures:
 

•  ONLINE REGISTRATION Now Available!
   
• PRINT a Registration Form
• Complete the form, providing all necessary information
• Read  and keep Testing Day Instructions
• Send check or money order with your registration to:

  Early Bird Discount:  There is a discount of $5.00 off each test IF postmarked 10 days before the first testing day at your location.

  Registration Deadline:  HTS must receive your testing registration no later than 3 days before the first testing day.
  
  Phone Registrations:  Phone registration is highly discouraged and is being used only in an emergency situation. There will be a $20.00 service charge per child being registered.
